Thought I should give an update as it's been a while.
We're almost there! To our destination, that is.
We left Little Rock, Arkansas, Sunday morning and drove to Grand Prairie, Texas (between Dallas and Ft. Worth). The next day we drove to Midland, Texas, and the day after that to Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Yesterday we arrived here in Mesa, Arizona. We're here tonight as well, then moving on to our destination tomorrow. Driving through Tucson yesterday brought back some memories of being there 2 years ago.
We plan to meet up with my cousins tonight at Laura's place not too far down the road from us. That will be fun. I'll post some pictures, and so on, once we get to California tomorrow. Then we can really kick back and relax.
